Original Principal Amount. With respect to Receivables acquired on the Closing Date or a Funding Date, as the case may be, the original principal amount of each Receivable was not more than (A) in the case of new Financed Vehicles, ___% of the manufacturer's suggested retail price or, (B) in the case of used Financed Vehicles, ___% of the retail value of the Financed Vehicle at the time of origination of the Receivable as set forth in the Kell▇▇ "▇▇ue Book" for the appropriate region.
