Original Term to Maturity. Each Receivable had an original term to maturity (based on the original number of Monthly Payments) of not more than 84 months and not less than 24 months and a remaining term to maturity (based on the number of remaining Monthly Payments) as of the Cutoff Date of not more than 83 months and not less than 3 months. - Contract - Data Tape (i) Confirm the sum of the Number of Payments together with any first and last scheduled monthly payments (if applicable) is within the allowable number of payments to maturity. (ii) Confirm the remaining terms to maturity as stated within the data tape or servicing system is within the allowable number of payments to maturity. (iii) If sections (i) and (ii) are confirmed, then Test Pass.
