OSHA. All work, services, materials, supplies and equipment performed and/or furnished under the terms of this Agreement shall comply with the requirements and standards specified in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (Public Law 91-596), as amended, as well all other applicable federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations. All services performed herein must comply with all State of Louisiana Codes.
