OSS Discounts Clause Samples

The OSS Discounts clause establishes the terms under which discounts are provided for products or services that incorporate open source software (OSS). Typically, this clause outlines eligibility criteria for such discounts, the calculation method, and any limitations or conditions that apply, such as specific OSS components or usage thresholds. Its core practical function is to incentivize the use of OSS by offering financial benefits, while also clarifying the scope and application of these discounts to prevent misunderstandings between the parties.
