Common use of Other Access Clause in Contracts

Other Access. At any time and without notice (and without accompaniment) in the event of an emergency, and otherwise upon reasonable prior notice and at reasonable times while accompanied by Tenant at all times, to enter onto the Premises to inspect or repair any portions of the Premises which are used by Landlord in connection with the continuing operation of its business. If Landlord requires access in the event of an emergency, Landlord understands that Premises will be alarmed.
