Other Additional Notes. With the prior written consent of each Mortgagee, the Mortgagor may issue Additional Notes to the Government or any lender or lenders, which Notes will thereupon be secured equal- ly and ratably with Notes without regard to whether any of the requirements of Sections [2.01] or [2.02] are satisfied.
