The Supplier shall offer to provide to each Customer, and if requested by a Customer shall provide to the Customer in accordance with the Ordering Procedures and the Customer Contract, the demand management services described below: access to real time consumption data, correlation of such data, performance reporting, logging and detection of anomalies and periods of poor performance; and detailed reviews of a Customer’s organisation and site-by-site energy performance, including benchmarking and work with clients to identify and prioritise suitable and practical improvement projects.
