Other Agreements with Respect to Indemnification and Contribution. The provisions of this Section 11 shall not affect any agreements among the Company and the Operating Partnership, on the one hand, and the Agents, on the other hand, or their partners, members, directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents and each person with respect to indemnification of each other or contribution between themselves.
