Other Amendments Sample Clauses
The "Other Amendments" clause defines the process by which changes or modifications to the agreement can be made after it has been executed. Typically, this clause requires that any amendments be made in writing and signed by all parties involved, ensuring that verbal agreements or informal changes are not considered valid. Its core practical function is to maintain clarity and prevent disputes by ensuring that all parties have a clear, documented record of any changes to the original contract.
