Other Amounts. As a further condition of this Lease, Resident agrees to pay all other amounts owed to Landlord such as back rent, back charges, or administrative fines pursuant to a repayment agreement or Court order, and all other amounts owed to Miami-Dade County or its agencies and departments. Failure to pay these and other charges timely after two weeks of notice by Landlord is grounds for eviction.
