Common use of Other Amounts Clause in Contracts

Other Amounts. The Borrower shall fail to pay when due any fee or other amount payable under this Agreement (including pursuant to Section 2.09(b)) and such failure remains uncured for ten (10) or more Domestic Business Days after the due date thereof;
