Common use of Other Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Other Applicable Law. If You are otherwise subject to laws that prohibit Customer from agreeing to the foregoing governing law and/or venue provisions, then (i) the terms of such provisions of this Agreement will be deemed to be modified to reflect the governing law and/or venue required by Applicable Law; and (ii) Customer must, within thirty (30) calendar days of the commencement of its Service Term, notify OVHcloud (directed to ▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇) to identify the Applicable Laws that apply to Customer and the resulting modifications to the governing law and/or venue provisions of this Agreement, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers based in the EU.
