Other Assets and Liabilities. a. The Parties represent that they have no assets other than those reflected on their respective Rule 401 Financial Statements, all of which have been addressed in this Agreement. b. The Parties represent that neither is aware of any liabilities, individually or jointly held, other than those reflected on their respective Rule 401 Financial Statements, all of which have been addressed in this Agreement.
