OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES TRIGGERING REMEDIES. 14.4.1 Although Resident may not be in violation of the terms of this contract, if Resident poses a health or safety risk to themselves or others, or if interim measures or sanctions required by the Student Conduct office or others or require, the University may immediately terminate this contract, assign the Resident to a new Room, or take other actions as necessary. 14.4.2 Student ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that if Student notifies the University that Student will not be attending the University, Student is authorizing that the University may cancel this contract, and all Residence Hall Contract cancellation elements outlined in the contract apply. Student is required to request to re-activate their contract if Student later decides to attend the University and live on campus. The Student’s reactivation request will be considered based on room availability at the time of the request.
