Common use of Other Closing Documents Clause in Contracts

Other Closing Documents. The Purchaser shall have delivered to the Seller at or prior to the Closing such other documents, including, without limitation, an Investors Questionnaire, as the Seller may reasonably request in order to enable the Seller to determine whether the conditions to its obligations under this Agreement have been met and otherwise to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.

Other Closing Documents. The Purchaser shall have delivered to the Seller at on or prior to the Third Closing such other documents, including, without limitation, an Investors Questionnaire, as the Seller may reasonably request in order to enable the Seller to determine whether the conditions to its obligations under this Agreement have been met and otherwise to carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
