Attached hereto as Schedule 17 is a true and correct list of all of the following types of collateral, if any, owned or held by each Company: (a) all agreements and contracts with any Governmental Authority and (b) all ships and boats vessels, stating in each case, if such types of collateral are required to be pledged pursuant to the Collateral Agreement or any other Security Document.
