OTHER CONDITIONS AND SERVICES. 14.1 The Basic Services to be performed shall be commenced on issuance of Notice to Proceed and, subject to authorized adjustments and to delays not caused by the Design Builder, Substantial Completion shall be achieved in Fourteen(14) months following the start of Concrete work. 14.2 The Basic Services beyond those described in Article 3 are as follows:.
