Common use of Other Coverage Clause in Contracts

Other Coverage. Seller and anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf shall at its own expense procure and maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term of this Contract on all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in conjunction with the Delivery of Fuel to Hawaiian Electric, any other insurance or surety bonding that may be required under the laws, ordinances and regulations of any governmental authority, including the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 and all rules and regulations of the DOT and/or the USDOT.

Other Coverage. Seller and anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf shall at its own expense procure and maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Original Term of this Contract on all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in conjunction with the Delivery of Fuel Biodiesel to Hawaiian Electric, any other insurance or surety bonding that may be required under the laws, ordinances and regulations of any governmental authority, including the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 and all rules and regulations of the DOT and/or the USDOT.

Other Coverage. Seller and anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf shall at its own expense procure and maintain in full force and effect at all times during the Term term of this Contract Agreement on all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles used in conjunction with the Delivery of Fuel Product to Hawaiian Electric, any other insurance or surety bonding that may be required under the laws, ordinances and regulations of any governmental authority, including the Federal Motor Carrier Act of 1980 and all rules and regulations of the DOT and/or the USDOT.
