Common use of Other Criteria Clause in Contracts

Other Criteria. Within the separate categories of tenured Administrators and non-tenured Administrators, the following criteria will be considered: (a) areas of certification; (b) in schools where there exists assistants, the position eliminated shall be deemed to be the position of the most junior member; (c) total years of experience in the Thomaston School System; (d) in the event total years experience in the Thomaston School System is equal, total years of administrative experience shall be considered.
