Common use of Other Definitions and Terms Clause in Contracts

Other Definitions and Terms. Other terms used in this Agreement are defined in the context in which they are used and shall have the meanings there indicated. Terms other than those defined within this Agreement shall be given their plain English meaning, and those terms, acronyms and phrases known in the information technology industry shall be interpreted in accordance with their generally known meanings. Unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the singular include the plural and vice-versa, and words importing gender include all genders.
