Common use of Other Development Clause in Contracts

Other Development. As between the Parties, Licensee shall have the sole right to conduct any further Development work (including clinical trials) on the Product in the Field in the Licensee Territory, at its sole discretion. Licensee shall be responsible for all of its costs in connection with any further Development activities that it conducts, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing by the Parties.
