Other Deviation Charges. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall be liable for any costs, charges, or penalties assessed by the CAISO to Buyer in its role as Scheduling Coordinator that are related to the Project’s failure to provide or dispatch any scheduled or awarded Products other than Energy (“Other Deviation Charges”). Invoicing and payment for Other Deviation Charges shall be done pursuant to Article Eleven on a monthly basis.
