Other Disposition. Creston reserves the right to grant rights of way, easements, covenants and other dispositions of the Lease Area or any part of it in a manner consistent with this Lease and the Tenant shall execute any such document if requested by Creston. Creston shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the activities of the Tenant are not impeded as a result of any grant under this section 8.14. For greater certainty, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a right of way, easement, covenant or other disposition is not inconsistent with this Lease if it does not charge the Lease Area.
