Common use of Other Documents and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Other Documents and Agreements. Purchaser shall have ------------------------------ received from Seller appropriate bills of sale and instruments of assignment and such other documents and agreements necessary to convey the Acquired Assets to Purchaser in accordance with the terms of this Agreement in such forms as are reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and its counsel. Purchaser shall have received from Seller title certificates for each vehicle or other certificated asset included within the Acquired Assets and executed originals or duplicate originals of each Purchase Order and Customer Contract.
