Other Documents and Agreements. Each of the Loan Parties shall have provided to the Lenders and the Agent such documents, instruments and agreements, including notices of borrowing, financing statements or amendments to financing statements, as the Lenders or the Agent shall reasonably request to evidence the perfection and priority of the security interests granted to Agent.
