Common use of Other Environmental Conditions Clause in Contracts

Other Environmental Conditions. To the best of Borrower’s knowledge after reasonable investigation, there are no conditions existing currently or likely to exist during the term of this Loan Agreement that would subject Borrower or any Subsidiary to damages, penalties, injunctive relief or clean-up costs under any Environmental Laws, or that might require investigation, clean-up, removal or some other remedial action by Borrower or any Subsidiary under Environmental Laws except as set forth in Schedule 3.14 hereto, and the Borrower hereby certifies to M&I that none of such conditions would cause a material adverse effect upon the financial condition of Borrower or any Subsidiary or any of their properties or assets.
