During the VeriSign Post-Sale Period, upon the written request of Purchaser, Seller shall initiate proceedings or otherwise take action with respect to any infringement or misuse of the Seller Trademarks outside of the VeriSign Post-Sale Field (at Purchaser’s sole cost and expense); provided that Seller keeps Purchaser informed of the conduct and progress of such proceedings or actions within the field of the Business, and gives Purchaser the opportunity to provide reasonable input and consultation in connection therewith.
