The "Other Good Reason" clause defines additional circumstances, beyond those specifically listed elsewhere in an agreement, that justify a party’s right to take a particular action, such as terminating the contract. Typically, this clause outlines a set of events or behaviors—like significant changes in company structure, demotion, or relocation—that, while not constituting breach, are considered substantial enough to warrant action. Other Good Reason. Requested in writing and approved by the Director of Personnel or designee in writing prior to any time being taken. Each such request shall be approved, or not approved, on its own merits and shall not be precedent for any other approval.
