OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. Arkansas Procurement Law provides that local public procurement units (counties, municipalities, school districts, certain not-for- profit corporations, etc.) may participate in state procurement contracts. The contractor(s) therefore agree(s) to sell to Cooperative Procurement Program participants at the option of the program participants. Unless otherwise stated, all standard and special terms and conditions listed within the Invitation for Bid (IFB) must be equally applied to such participants. Cooperative Procurement Participants will handle their own payments and renewals.

OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. Services are provided to residents and businesses of the City by other governmental entities such as the County, the School District of the City of Detroit, ▇▇▇▇▇ County Community College and the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Regional Educational Service Agency. All of these entities are funded through their own taxing powers and other sources independent of the City.

OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. In addition, the Parties shall promptly proceed to prepare and file with the appropriate Governmental Entities such additional requests, reports or notifications as may be required or, in the opinion of Buyer or Sellers, advisable, in connection with this Agreement including under the Antitrust Laws of applicable foreign jurisdictions.

OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. In addition, Buyer and Seller shall promptly proceed to prepare and file with the appropriate Governmental Entities such additional requests, reports or notifications as may be required or, in the opinion of Buyer or Seller, advisable.

OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. Contractor shall extend the pricing and services under this Contract to all other governmental entities within the State of Indiana (“Governmental Entities”). Other Governmental Entities are defined as: An agency, board, a branch, a bureau, a commission, a council, a department, an institution, an office, or another establishment of any of the following: (1) The judicial branch (2) The legislative branch (3) A political subdivision (includes towns, cities, local governments, etc. (4) A State educational institution. As multiple state agencies and governmental bodies will utilize this contract, Contractor shall be capable of meeting the needs of custom programs as defined by the State throughout the term of the contract. Specific Scope(s) of Work, shall be included in Exhibit D. Pursuant to implementation finalization, the State and the Contractor shall formalize the Entities Eligible to Utilize the Contract expectations in a subsequent Amendment to this contract. Participation of this contract by the other governmental bodies is not mandatory . The State is not responsible for the transactions between the Respondent and these entities. All other governmental bodies using State contracts and QPAs are expected to follow the contractual terms and conditions specified in those agreements and within local purchasing requirements. This Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the requirements for the Contractor to provide the levels of services that must be met in order to act as the Managed Service Provider for temporary administrative personnel for the Indiana Department of Revenue (DOR). Pursuant to implementation finalization, the State and the Contractor shall formalize the DOR expectations in a subsequent Amendment to this contract. The State will not be responsible or financially liable for any orders placed, goods provided, or work performed for any Other Governmental Entity.

OTHER GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES. If the Bidder is awarded a contract as a result ('f this 1TB, the bidder may, if the bidder has sufficient capacity or quantities available. provide to other governmental agencies, so reque.o;ting, the products or services awarded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the 1TB and resulting contract. Prices shall be F.O.B. delivered to the requesting agency.
