Other Guidelines. In addition to the class size guidelines set forth above, it is recognized that any accurate measure of the professional effort required, the quality of the instruction given or of the results obtained should also consider the following factors, namely: 1. The grade and subject matter. 2. The teacher methodology or strategy. 3. The physical, intellectual, emotional, and maturational levels of the student, together with the distribution pattern of such characteristics within a class taken as a whole. 4. The training and experience of the teacher. 5. The quantity, quality, and type of physical facilities, teaching aids and other personnel available. 6. Other factors, including North Central Accreditation standards where applicable. In addition, parent requests will be a consideration.
