Common use of Other Implementation Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Other Implementation Arrangements. (a) To guide the implementation of the Project, the Recipient shall cause SBV, through the PMU, to prepare and put into effect: (i) a Financial Management Manual establishing the policies, guidelines and procedures in respect of financial management and internal control, including internal audit, recording and reporting, and financial audit, consistent with the provisions of Section II(B) of this Schedule 2; and (ii) a Governance, Transparency and Anti-corruption Action Plan, in all cases satisfactory to the Association. (b) The Recipient shall not amend, revise or waive the provisions of said Manual or Action Plan, or any part thereof, without the prior concurrence of the Association. 2. The Recipient shall cause SBV and DIV, no later than four (4) months after the date of Effectiveness of the Credit, to engage two (2) consulting firms with qualifications and terms of reference acceptable to the Association, to provide consulting services in support of implementation of Parts A, B, C of the Project.
