Common use of Other Import and Export Data and Information Clause in Contracts

Other Import and Export Data and Information. Seller will provide Buyer or ▇▇▇▇▇’s appointed agent or service provider with all information (including written documentation and electronic records in Buyer-approved formats) relating to the Goods purchased under this Contract which are necessary for Buyer to minimize payment of import and export-related duties, taxes or fees and to fulfill any import, export or security-related obligations.
