Common use of Other Information and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Other Information and Documentation. Prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer and the Guarantor shall have furnished to the Representatives such further information, certificates and documents as the Representatives or counsel to the Representatives may reasonably request. All opinions, letters, evidence and certificates mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement which are not stated as being in a form previously approved by the Representatives shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are in the form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Representatives. The documents required to be delivered by this Section 6 shall be delivered at the offices of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP, counsel for the Underwriters, at ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, on the Closing Date.
