Other Information As Requested. Promptly furnish to the Lender such other information regarding the operations, business affairs and financial condition of the Borrower as the Lender may reasonably request from time to time and permit the Lender, its employees, attorneys and agents, to inspect all of the books, records and properties of the Borrower during normal business hours, except that upon any Event of Default, the Lender may perform such actions at any reasonable time.
