Other Interpretative Provisions. Where the context so indicates, (a) defined terms used in this Agreement in the singular shall import the plural and vice versa and (b) the masculine shall include the feminine, and the neuter shall include the masculine and feminine. The use of the word “including” in this Agreement shall be by way of example rather than by limitation.
