Common use of Other Limits Clause in Contracts

Other Limits. A Trading Venue, a Liquidity Provider, the FCA or another competent authority may set Limits in respect of your use of our API. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of such Limits (and any changes to them) where we receive them from a Trading Venue, but third parties may implement any Limits before notifying us of such Limits. You agree not to attempt to bypass or otherwise avoid such Limits.
