Common use of Other Marks Clause in Contracts

Other Marks. Other than E-Pub's service ▇▇▇▇ UPROAR, and the Licensed Marks, E-Pub shall not use any other service ▇▇▇▇ or trademark on or in association with the Licensed Internet Games, and shall not use the Licensed Marks in any medium other than the Internet without the prior written approval of Pearson on or in connection with any other goods or service other than the Licensed Internet Games. E-Pub specifically agrees not to produce, or distribute, directly or indirectly, any other game, whose trademark, service ▇▇▇▇, trade name, URL or other designation is confusingly similar to the Licensed Marks. The use of the Licensed Marks by E-Pub shall be exclusive in respect to English Language Internet Games in the Territory.
