Common use of Other Notes Clause in Contracts

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (i)(A) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c) (Redemption for Taxation Reasons) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 11 (Events of Default), shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms.

Other Notes. The Early Redemption Amount payable in respect of any Note (other than Notes described in (i)(Ai) above), upon redemption of such Note pursuant to Condition 7(c), Condition 7(d) (Redemption for Taxation Reasonsor Condition 7(e) or upon it becoming due and payable as provided in Condition 11 (Events of Default)11, shall be the Final Redemption Amount unless otherwise specified in the applicable relevant Final Terms.

Other Notes.
