Other Ordinances. The Grantee agrees to comply with the terms of any lawfully adopted generally applicable local ordinance, to the extent that the provisions of the ordinance do not have the effect of limiting the benefits or expanding the obligations of the Grantee that are granted by this Franchise. Neither party may unilaterally alter the material rights and obligations set forth in this Franchise. In the event of a conflict between any ordinance and this Franchise, the Franchise shall control.
Other Ordinances. All jurisdictions have multiple ordinances that may affect the use, value, development and/or enjoyment of real property. Sellers and Buyers are advised to visit the appropriate website or offices of the appropriate jurisdiction to determine whether the Property is in an area regulated by other ordinances.
Other Ordinances. The Grantee agrees to comply with the terms of any lawfully adopted generally applicable local ordinance and regulations, to the extent the provisions of the ordinance or regulations do not: (i) apply retroactively to existing components of Grantee’s Wireless Telecommunications System, or (ii) have the effect of limiting the benefits or expanding the obligations of the Grantee that are granted by this Franchise. Neither P arty may unilaterally alter the material rights and obligations set forth in this Franchise. In the event of a conflict between any ordinance and this Franchise, the Franchise shall control, provided however, that the Grantee agrees that it is subject to the lawful exercise of the police power of the County.
Other Ordinances. It is expressly understood and agreed that nothing contained herein shall be construed to waive or affect or alter any requirements of the Zoning, Building, Land Development or Subdivision Ordinances or other Ordinances of the Township and nothing contained herein empowers any Township officer or employee to waive any requirements of such Ordinances.

Each and every term, provision or condition herein is subject to the provisions of State law, federal law, and County ordinances and regulations enacted pursuant thereto. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Franchising Authority may not unilaterally alter the material rights and obligations of Grantee under this Franchise.
Other Ordinances. The zoning regulations set forth in this title, zoning map, other applicable provisions of this code, and subsequent amendments thereto, as officially adopted by the County shall apply to ▇▇▇▇ ▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇, and Area 3 within the unincorporated area of Kootenai County, Idaho.
Other Ordinances. This Agreement and the provisions thereof, including but not limited to the provisions of Paragraphs XXIV through XXXII, shall be subject and subordinate to all lawful County ordinances of general applicability now in force or hereafter adopted, including all ordinances relating to the use of the public right of way by utilities. The Licensee agrees that it will not assert any claim against the County that the provisions of this Agreement or any applicable County ordinance or regulation in force at the time of execution of this License are unreasonable, arbitrary, or void.
Other Ordinances. In the event that the provisions of this Agreement are in conflict with the provisions of any other ordinance, rule or regulation adopted by the City of Austin, the provisions of this Agreement shall control, and such other ordinance(s) shall be deemed amended, except where ACC elects to be subject to the terms of another ordinance as provided in Section 5.2 below.
Other Ordinances. The Grantee agrees to comply with the terms of any lawfully adopted generally applicable local ordinance, to the extent that the provisions of the ordinance do not have the effect of limiting the benefits or expanding the obligations of the Grantee that are granted by this Franchise. Grantee reserves the right to challenge provisions of any ordinance that conflicts with its contractual rights, either now or in the future. In the event of a conflict between any ordinance and this Franchise, the Franchise shall control, provided however that the Grantee agrees that it is subject to the lawful exercise of the police power of the Franchising Authority.

  • Laws and Ordinances This CONTRACT is made subject to all the laws of the State of Illinois and the ordinances of the CITY and if any such clause herein does not conform to such laws or ordinances, or in the event any of the terms or provisions herein are deemed to be void or otherwise unenforceable for any reason, such clause shall be void (the remainder of the contract shall not be affected) and the laws or ordinances shall be operative in lieu thereof. Venue for the resolution of any disputes or the enforcement of any rights arising out of or in connection with this CONTRACT shall be in the Circuit Court of ▇▇▇▇ County, Illinois.
