Other Points of Shipment. The Seller reserves the right to effect deliveries from distribution centers other than the ANACS Spares Center or MSC and from any of the production facilities of the Associated Contractors; provided, however, that Seller shall not, without Buyer’s prior written consent, affect a delivery from any distribution center other than the ANACS Spares Center or the MSC, where such choice may reasonably be expected to result in a delivery time in excess of what would have been the case had Seller shipped from either the ANACS Spares Center or the MSC.
