Common use of Other Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Other Policies and Procedures. From time to time, the Project Board may adopt technical or other requirements, specifications, policies, rules, and procedures governing the Project (collectively, “Rules and Policies”). Any such Rules Policies shall be made available to the undersigned Participant and other Participants via the Project wiki or other website or collaboration platform that the Project Board designates for use by the Project. For example, the Project Board may adopt a Community Code of Conduct, Development Process, and/or Contribution Requirements. The undersigned Participant agrees to comply with all such Rules and Policies and to cause each of its Software Developers, Project representatives, and other employees, contractors, and agents who perform services for or otherwise participate in one or more activities related to the Project to comply with all such Rules and Policies.
