Other Powers and Duties. Subject to this Agreement, each officer of the Company shall have in addition to any duties and powers specifically set forth in this Agreement, such duties and powers as are customarily incident to his or her office in a Delaware corporation, and such duties and powers as may be delegated from time to time by the Board.
