Other Proceeds Account. The Borrower shall deposit, and shall use reasonable best efforts to cause third parties that would otherwise make payments directly to the Borrower to deposit, in the Other Proceeds Account, Other Proceeds promptly after receipt thereof by the Borrower.
Other Proceeds Account. The Borrower shall deposit all Other Proceeds received by it after the date that the Other Proceeds Account is established into the Other Proceeds Account promptly after receipt thereof.
