Other Provisions Relating to Rights and Obligations of Holders of Warrant Certificates. 7.1 No Rights as Stockholder Conferred by Warrants or Warrant Certificates. No Warrant Certificate or Warrant evidenced thereby shall entitle the Warrantholder to any of the rights of a holder of Common Stock, including, without limitation, any right to vote at, or to receive notice of, any meeting of stockholders of the Company; the consent of any Warrantholder shall not be required with respect to any action or proceeding of the Company.
