Common use of Other Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Other Qualifications. The Manager may cause the Company to comply with all requirements necessary to qualify the Company as a foreign limited liability company in one or more jurisdictions if the nature of its business makes, in the Manager's judgment, such qualification necessary. The Members and Unit Holders hereby authorize and empower the Manager to execute on their behalf any documents and to take any other action which may be necessary or desirable in order to permit the Company to do business (or facilitate the doing of business) in any such jurisdiction.
