Common use of Other Real Property Information Clause in Contracts

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents documents, agreements, surveys, insurance policies and information as are it reasonably requested by the Lendersrequests, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering other than appraisals and structural environmental reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the LendersAdministrative Agent, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning complianceLenders prior to the Closing Date, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, insurance certificates and engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy occupancy, if available, and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and the Lenders.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering Lenders to ensure the validity and structural reports, permanent certificates priority of occupancy and evidence the Lien created in favor of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lendersthereby with respect to each Closing Date Property, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waiverstitle insurance policies, flood hazard certifications, surveys, environmental assessments, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, including landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, reports and permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance(if available), each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Other Real Property Information. The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, includingother than appraisals, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering surveys and structural environmental reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, landlord agreements/waiversmineral reserve studies, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received such other certificates, documents and information as are reasonably requested by the Lenders, including, without limitation, including landlord agreements/waivers, engineering and structural reports, permanent certificates of occupancy and evidence of zoning compliance, each in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
