Common use of Other Receiver Clause in Contracts

Other Receiver. If the dissolution is effected pursuant to Subsection 18.2(b), or if the General Partner is unable or does not wish to act in the capacity of receiver, the Partners shall be entitled to appoint an appropriate Person to act in the capacity of receiver or receiver-manager, by means of an Ordinary Resolution.
