Copies of each of the Relevant Documents not otherwise comprised in the documents listed in Parts A to C of this Schedule 2. 13 LEGAL OPINIONS The following legal opinions, each addressed to the Agent, the Security Agent, the Swap Provider and the Lenders and capable of being relied upon by any persons who become Lenders pursuant to the primary syndication of the Loan or confirmation satisfactory to the Agent that such opinions will be given: 13.1 a legal opinion of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, legal advisers to the Agent as to English law substantially in the form distributed to the Lenders prior to signing this Agreement; 13.2 a legal opinion of the following legal advisers to the Agent: (a) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as to Liberian law; and (b) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, as to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Islands law; (c) Chrysses ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Co. Inc, as to Cypriot law; (d) ▇▇▇▇▇ B. & Associates, as to Panamanian law; and 14.1 Process agent Evidence that any process agent referred to in Clause 39.2 (Service of process) and any process agent appointed under any other Finance Document has accepted its appointment.
