Common use of Other Representatives Clause in Contracts

Other Representatives. Each of the Trustee, the Manager and the Common Representative shall have the right to designate one or more representatives to attend any meeting of the Technical Committee with the right to speak but not to vote. In addition, the Technical Committee may invite to meetings of the Technical Committee other Persons, as observers, with the right to speak but not to vote.
