Common use of Other Research Clause in Contracts

Other Research. (A) Subject to Sections 5.1 and 5.5(a)(iv), the Parties understand and agree that Exelixis may use Information [ * ]. Since the foregoing is not independent research (as described in Section 6.2), Exelixis may initiate such research using such Information.
